Japan's Industrial Output Rises 2.5 Pct in Feb.

   Tokyo, March 31 (Jiji Press)--Japan's industrial production rose 2.5 pct in February from the previous month, the industry ministry said in a preliminary report Monday.
   The seasonally adjusted production index for the manufacturing and mining sectors stood at 102.4 against the 2020 base of 100, marking its first rise in four months.
   "Industrial production fluctuates indecisively," the ministry said in a statement.
