RTA condemns Cambodian troops for shelling village, injuring three civilians

Royal Thai Army condemns Cambodian troops for rocket attack on village, injuring three.

The Royal Thai Army on Thursday condemned the Cambodian army for firing two BM-21 rockets at a village, injuring three civilians, including a boy, on Thursday morning.

The RTA said the three villagers were severely injured when the rockets landed in Ban Jorok, Tambon Dan, in Surin’s Karb Choeng district at 9:40 am.

The three villagers were identified as Banthit Oonjit, Apisit Boonteng, and Khong, a boy.

Following the rocket attack, Thai authorities evacuated the villagers immediately.
