A Vietnamese mounted police unit captivated spectators with a dynamic display of equestrian skill and precision in downtown Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday, amid vibrant celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the liberation of southern Vietnam and national reunification (April 30, 1975-2025).

At 7:00 pm, the unit, from the Mobile Mounted Police Regiment under the Ministry of Public Security, paraded down Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street in District 1, moving from the junction with Ton Duc Thang Street to the iconic fountain near Le Loi Boulevard.

The mounted police officers looked immaculate and maintained a solemn, disciplined posture throughout the parade.

In addition to the formal procession, the unit performed technical riding maneuvers, showcasing their horse-handling and coordination skills.

Although brief, the performance left a strong impression on spectators thanks to the team's synchronized movement and polished demeanor.

Many onlookers expressed excitement and enthusiasm during the parade.

The performance drew significant attention from both locals and tourists, serving as a highlight among the many activities held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Vietnam's Reunification Day.
