MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday assured that there will be no corruption in any transaction within the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Super App and eGovPH Serbisyo Hub.

He made the statement during the launch of the eGovPH Serbisyo Hub at the Makabagong San Juan National Government Center in San Juan City.

“My instruction to them: no corruption, no fixers, no long lines. That’s what we’ll gain through the eGovPH app and the one-stop shop we inaugurated today,” Marcos said in Filipino when he delivered his speech.

“This is a new day, and as I said, finally the Philippine government, the Philippine bureaucracy, and our LGUs [local government units] have finally moved into the 21st century,” he also said.

The eGovPH Serbisyo Hub is the physical extension of the eGovPH ecosystem, designed to assist citizens who require or prefer face-to-face service, while still benefiting from streamlined, tech-enabled processes.

The eGovPH Super App, meanwhile, is a mobile application that serves as a one-stop online shop for government services.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology led the launch as the main proponent of the eGovPH Super App, with support and guidance from the Office of the President. /jpv
